Albert Bichot, which is currently run by Alberic Bichot (who took over in 1996 and represents the sixth generation to run the wine company), owns more than 100 hectares (250 acres) of sustainably farmed vineyards divided among six estates. The majority of the Cote d’Or vineyard holdings are run organically.
